Multi-award winning digital transformation company de Novo Solutions has been recognised by the 2025 UK Fast Growth Index, which celebrates the fastest-growing companies across the UK.
The UK Fast Growth Index identifies the 50 fastest-growing companies in seven regions and nations – London, the Midlands and the East of England, the North of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, South of England and Wales.
Last year, the 350 firms identified through the lists had a collective turnover increase of £9.6 billion between 2021 and 2023 and created 24,000 new jobs in two years.
de Novo, which is making its first appearance on the Index, said the recognition “reflects its rapid growth, innovative solutions, and positive contribution to both the Welsh economy and the wider business community”.
Earlier this year the company was ranked eighth in the Sunday Times 100, making it the fastest-growing Welsh business and the highest-ranked technology company in that list.
The exact position of de Novo in the Fast Growth Index will be announced at an awards ceremony in London on 26 November 2025.
