Digital transformation experts de Novo Solutions have been named among the fastest-growing companies in Europe, ranking 33rd on the FT1000.
The tenth annual list, published by the Financial Times in partnership with Statista, highlights the best performing companies across the continent based on their compound annual growth rate (CAGR).

de Novo – which just days ago received a St David Award – has scaled since its launch in 2021 to include additional offices in England and India alongside its headquarters in Newport. The team has grown from ten to 140, working in partnership with private and public sector clients to transform their HR, payroll, procurement and finance functions utilising Oracle Cloud and ServiceNow technologies.
The company has now been included within several prominent listings, including the Sunday Times 100 where de Novo was placed eighth – making it the highest-ranked Welsh company and the highest-ranked technology firm overall. In addition, they were 13th on the most recent Deloitte Fast 50, third on this year’s Elite Business 100 and tenth on the Tech200 for 2026.
