
Design and build specialist Lancer Scott has been appointed as Principal Contractor for the refurbishment works at UNISON House in Cardiff.
The Cardiff-based fit out team will deliver modern office accommodation totalling 12,500 sq. ft for UNISON. The comprehensive refurbishment spans four levels of the building. Located at 18 Custom House Street in Cardiff, each floor is to be fitted out to a new CAT B configuration with all new services and plant.
The package of works includes a full strip out across the four-storey building, new meet and greet reception area, conference rooms and meeting booths, tea point and open plan desk layout.
Lancer Scott will also create a new front entrance of the building, including re-modelling of the existing canopy and hard landscaping.

The project team includes Gleeds as Project Manager, Cost Consultancy firm Bigham Anderson, Hutchison Kivotos Architects, and MEP Consultants Lehding Services Design.
Works are now underway, with the project expected to complete in May.
