Few Start ups can boast making over 300,000 sales in their first few years, but for Sadler Jones, this is just the beginning.

Sadler Jones is a luxury stationery company based in Cardiff, Wales. Founded by award winning designer Cath Jones, they create contemporary greeting cards, stationery, gift wrap and prints. All their collections are designed in-house using our distinctive modern style and hand lettering. Self-proclaimed stationery geeks, they use the highest quality papers, printing techniques and foil stamping.

The company was launched in December of 2016 when following on from several years in the industry, designer Cath Jones took inspiration from young talent establishing themselves in the field to set up her own brand.

Starting from scratch, she was attending her first trade show in the 2017. Since then the firm has won several accolades, recently winning a prestigious GFSmith Paper Award and was shortlisted as a finalist in the Cardiff Life Awards and the Fedex Small Business Award. Alongside the firm also won at the Welsh Start up awards as the Creative Start up of the year.

Speaking on the award Founder of Sadler Jones, Cath Jones said:

Not only is it an honour to be presented with such a prestigious title but to be surrounded by so many incredible award winners and nominees makes us so proud to be part of such a thriving start up community in Wales.

Winning the award means to the world to me – it’s been such a tough few years setting up the business and being recognised for my hard work makes it all worth it.”

The company is already looking to the future with plans to add a third show to their calendar, and with a stockist list including John Lewis, Oliver Bonas, Selfridges, Anthropologie, Skinny Dip, Scribbler, Mary Portas' Living + Giving, Daylesford, TKMaxx and Homesense, the future looks bright.
