Peter O Hagan De Novo IMG_1834

Multi-award-winning digital transformation company de Novo Solutions has appointed education expert Peter O’Hagan as brand ambassador.

With a career spanning teaching, leadership, and policy innovation, Peter will play a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s engagement with Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs), championing the adoption of smarter, technology-driven solutions that aim to improve operational efficiency and support greater educational outcomes.

In his new role, Peter will focus on building strategic relationships with MATs, drawing on his decades of experience. His career has included contributions to the development of the English National Curriculum in collaboration with the Department for Education, and education policy initiatives as a member of government think tank DEMOS.

Peter has also supported educational development in the USA, Australia, New Zealand, UAE and many other regions; represented the UK at NATO STEAM Conferences and the Global Education Forum; and helped create the educational division of a FTSE 100 company which successfully turned around failing Local Education Authorities and trained OFSTED inspectors. His work in educational technology has been widely recognised, including through his collaboration with Channel 4 on the BAFTA and RTS-winning “Grid Club” programme.

Since stepping back from full-time roles, Peter has held a number of non-executive board positions across public and private sector organisations, including a 63-school Multi-Academy Trust, and is currently a member of an international working group focused on the role of Artificial Intelligence in education.

As brand ambassador, Peter will represent de Novo at key industry events and deepen engagement with new and existing clients.
