Expert LMS, a learning technology business from Swansea, has secured the largest contract in its history after entering into a major deal with Golden Corral, the largest buffet concept in the United States.
The landmark agreement will see Expert LMS provide its learning management platform to support Golden Corral managers and team members across 330 locations throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.
Golden Corral is one of America’s best known all you can eat buffet and grill restaurant chains, serving millions of guests each year through its extensive network of company and franchise operated restaurants.
The partnership represents a significant milestone for Expert LMS as it continues its expansion into the US market and demonstrates the growing international demand for flexible learning technology designed specifically for businesses managing large, dispersed workforces.
Expert LMS develops its own cutting edge learning management platform, giving organisations greater control over employee learning, communication, performance and operational checks through one central system.
The platform enables businesses to host and distribute video content, access ready-made e-learning courses, create proprietary learning programmes and manage employee development at scale. Its multilingual capabilities also allow organisations to provide consistent learning experiences for diverse teams working across different locations.
For hospitality businesses in particular, the technology provides a central platform through which training, onboarding, compliance, career development and operational information can be delivered directly to employees, wherever they are working.
