Stephens Wilmot Solicitors Double in Size and Space at Mamhilad

Stephens Wilmot Solicitors has launched a car finance mis-selling claim service having already doubled in size and space since moving to Mamhilad Park Estate in 2020.

Established in 2017 by Directors Rob Stephens and Daniel Wilmot, Stephens Wilmot specialises in property conveyancing, litigation and wills & probate. The firm now employs a team of 40 so is moving from existing offices of 1,800 sq. ft at Mamhilad Park Estate to a 4,500 sq. ft open-plan suite in the same building.

Director Daniel Wilmot said:

“We have evolved from a small start-up to an established regional firm since moving to Mamhilad in 2020. One of the main drivers for our move here was the flexibility to scale and the opportunity to build our profile in an established business community. It has worked perfectly, and we are now preparing for the next phase of our growth as we start to scale up our new no win-no fee car finance claim service.

“We expect to recruit up to another 15 fee earners and support staff over the next few years hence our investment in larger offices now. Once again, the onsite team at Johnsey Estates have worked with us to agree a cost effective and flexible package that works for us. That coupled with the accessible location, great facilities and free car parking means that it is a great place for our staff and our clients.”

James Crawford, Chief Executive of Johnsey Estates said:

“From the outset, we work in partnership with all of our occupiers to create bespoke workspace solutions that are responsive to changing needs. Our job is to work with occupiers to help facilitate their growth as that is what creates long-term value for us as the owner of Mamhilad Park Estate and the wider regional economy of Torfaen and Monmouthshire. Stephens Wilmot is an excellent example of the 150 successful businesses that we have based here on-site.”

Situated to the east of Pontypool, adjacent to the A4042 (T) dual carriageway, Mamhilad Park Estate links directly to Junctions 25A and 26 of the M4 motorway. Office space ranges from 180 square feet up to adaptable open plan suites at 4,250 square feet with flexible leases or longer-term arrangements if required. Industrial occupiers can access 3-phase electrical supply, via a direct connection to the National Grid. Units up to 72,000 sq. ft are currently available.
