SGL7 Ltd has secured a £2.9 million Development Exit loan from Shawbrook to support the sale of 15 holiday homes in Anglesey.
This project forms part of a larger scheme, with phase two consisting of 16 newly built, three-bedroom semi-detached houses.
The homes feature high-specification finishes, including ground-floor blockwork, clad first floors, and slate roofs equipped with solar panels, and they have been given an EPC rating of B. A unique aspect of the development is the planning permission restriction, which ensures the houses are used solely for holiday accommodation, reflecting Anglesey's strong reputation as a holiday destination.
When the original development finance provider was unable to extend the existing loan, SGL7 turned to Shawbrook, a long-standing partner. Shawbrook provided a 12-month Development Exit loan giving SGL7 the necessary financial support during the marketing phase.
