At AerFin, operational excellence isn’t just a goal.

It’s the backbone of how we serve our customers.

And as we’ve grown, both in size and in global reach, we’ve been reminded that excellence on a global scale demands more than just precision and consistency. It requires adaptability. Because while the fundamentals of our work don’t change, the environment we operate in constantly does.

A New Chapter: Indurent Park, Newport

In January 2025, we opened the doors to our new global headquarters at Indurent Park in Newport – a significant milestone for AerFin. The move from our previous site marked more than just a change of address. It was the start of the next chapter in our growth journey.

This 116,000 sq.ft. facility reflects our vision to be the most trusted partner in the aviation aftermarket. With smarter workflows including warehouse automation, advanced diagnostics, eco-friendly processes and more efficient layouts, we’ve designed a space that supports our people in doing their best work – while enabling us to meet growing customer demand more sustainably.

This expansion means we have the space and infrastructure to support up to 200 Engine MRO Lite quick-turn shop visits a year, ensuring faster turnarounds and increased capacity to deliver bespoke engine MRO solutions for airlines, lessors and MROs worldwide.

The Indurent Park facility boasts a BREEAM Excellent accreditation, ranking it among the top 10 percent of UK buildings for sustainability. Featuring rooftop solar panels, rain water harvesting system, energy-efficient lighting, and construction using sustainable materials, the site reflects AerFin’s deep commitment to delivering net zero carbon operations and greener practices in aviation.

This is more than capacity: it is confidence. Indurent Park reflects our commitment to doing things better, not just bigger. It is how we’re progressing our operations to stay ahead of customer requirements, while remaining a reliable partner they can always count on. Inside AerFin’s New Global HQ | A Bold Step Forward in Aviation Aftermarket

With a long-established presence at London Gatwick, where our activity includes warehousing, storage and frontline logistics support, we have a strong foundation at a major aviation hub. While Gatwick continues to play a critical role in supporting both scheduled and

AOG services across the region, we expanded our global footprint by opening a further three sites during 2024.

Testing Our Strength: Miami

In 2024, we established operations in Miami – a strategic gateway to the Americas. It marked our first permanent base in the region, giving us the ability to better support customers not only in the United States, but across Latin America, the Caribbean and Canada. The experience reinforced an important truth: global expansion is never just about logistics or infrastructure. It’s about people, patience and persistence.

Setting up in Miami meant navigating a complex patchwork of local and county regulations, each with its own nuances and timelines. It taught us the value of collaboration – with local authorities, partners and our own teams. Implementing global standards in a regional context takes time. It’s not about shortcuts; it’s also about building the right foundations.

As part of our continued investment in the region, we’ve also expanded our warehouse footprint in Miami. The site now spans 35,000 sq. ft, with space optimised for high-velocity movement and 24/7 operational support. It serves as a key regional hub, enabling faster response times and improved service across the Americas.

One of the most significant steps has been relocating the inventory from our recent B777-300ER teardown to the site. This move not only brings us closer to key demand centres but also enhances our ability to respond quickly and efficiently to customer needs with the right material, right where it’s needed.

We’ve designed our Miami hub to be scalable from day one – with future-proofed infrastructure that allows us to adapt as demand grows. For customers, this means greater confidence in supply chain reliability, faster access to parts and a partner who is prepared for what’s next.

Staying Agile: Singapore

Our Singapore office, which also launched in 2024, has become a powerful launchpad for strengthening AerFin’s presence across the Asia-Pacific region. Singapore offers the ideal mix of strategic location, skilled workforce, and regional connectivity – making it the right place to base sales and trading colleagues.

AerFin has maintained inventory in the region since 2016 and, with the Asia-Pacific fleet expected to see significant growth in the years ahead, alongside a growing need to manage fleet retirements and transitions, we see a clear opportunity to deepen our success and deliver even greater value to our customers.

A key milestone here was the establishment of a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse – an essential move in our strategy to stay agile without losing sight of our founding principles.

At AerFin, we believe in staying close to the metal. It’s a mindset that keeps our teams hands-on, product-focused, and deeply connected to quality. Our presence in Singapore allows us to uphold that standard while ensuring we can move fast, flexibly and with regional precision.

Proximity with Purpose: Dublin

In 2024, we opened our Dublin office – another strategic move in our global expansion journey. Dublin has long been a hub for the global lessor community, and establishing a presence there reflects our ongoing commitment to being exactly where our customers need us to be.

This isn't just about geography; it’s about alignment. By being closer to our lessor partners, we can engage more meaningfully, respond more quickly, and collaborate more effectively. It’s a

continuation of the AerFin approach: building relationships on trust. As we grow, we stay grounded in the principle that being available makes all the difference.

Culture and the AerFin Promise

Every new location brings more than a market. It brings a way of life. Norms, expectations, working styles. These cultural differences don’t just affect how we operate. They shape how we’re received. At AerFin, we’ve learned that embracing these differences is key. It’s how we build trust, foster long-term relationships, and become part of the communities we serve.

That same principle applies inside our own organisation. In February 2025, we launched The AerFin Promise – a clear commitment to our people that defines what they can expect from us as an employer. It’s built on respect, growth and shared purpose. Just as we aim to be a trusted partner to our customers, The AerFin Promise ensures we’re delivering that same trust, care and clarity to our teams – wherever they are in the world.

Clarity Through Challenge

Global expansion tests everything: your systems, your processes, your assumptions. But in doing so, it brings clarity. It forces you to ask the hard questions: What really matters? What kind of business are we building?

At AerFin, we’re building one that is scalable yet grounded, global yet human, and always focused on doing things the right way. Our customers know that when we say we’ll do something, we will do it. Our purpose is to breathe new life into aviation. Our journey from Newport, to Miami, to Singapore, to Gatwick, to Dublin, isn’t just about growth. It’s about delivering more value, more consistency, to more customers around the world.

That is what it means to grow with purpose, confident in our capabilities, reliable in our delivery and progressive in our mindset.

That’s the AerFin way. That’s the way ahead.
