The first quarter of 2026 saw take up in Wales for industrial units over 50,000 sq ft reach 344,882 sq ft, according to the latest report from global property consultant Knight Frank.
The take up was around 50,000 sq ft higher than the same period last year, but down from the 675,000 sq ft achieved in the final quarter of 2025.
