In this episode of our ‘So she did…’ series, Lucy Hopkins, Communications Manager at Tramshed Tech chats with Sarah Merry, Deputy Leader, Cabinet Member for Education, Employment and Skills at Cardiff Council.

Sarah talks about overcoming challenges and seizing opportunities as a women in business and politics as well as the impact of Covid-19 in regard to education, employment, and skills.

It is thought that 65% of children entering primary school today will end up working in jobs that don’t yet exists, so they discuss how we can prepare young people today to develop the skills needed for the jobs of the future.
