Operational Improvement Specialists Join Aerospace Wales

Celebrating their membership at the recent MRO Europe Show were John Whalley FRAeS (CEO, Aerospace Wales), Steve Boam (CEO, Develop Consulting), Steve Clark (Aviation and Manufacturing Director, Develop Consulting), and Madeleine Pinder (Operations Manager, Aerospace Wales Forum)

A leading operational improvement consulting specialist has joined Aerospace Wales, strengthening their membership with the addition of a member with the ability to drive growth and operational excellence across Wales' thriving aerospace sector.

Develop Consulting brings Toyota-trained Lean manufacturing expertise and proven MRO transformation capabilities to Wales' aerospace and defence community, which employs over 23,000 people and plays a vital role in the Welsh economy.

As a leading operational improvement consulting specialist working across several sectors, Develop Consulting brings extensive experience in manufacturing and MRO in aerospace and beyond. The company recognises that every organisation is unique and they adopt a practical, hands-on, results-driven approach to rapidly making improvements in a sustainable way.

The new membership was announced at a meeting between Develop Consulting's CEO Steve Boam and Aviation and Manufacturing Director Steve Clark with John Whalley FRAeS, CEO of Aerospace Wales, at MRO Europe Show in London.
