North Wales Housing Association Reaches the Milestone of 7,000 Homes


The Housing Association Adra, a leading provider of affordable and quality housing in north Wales, is thrilled to announce the milestone of reaching 7,000 homes.

The property in Treborth, near Bangor which is part of a four property development on the site of old garages, has been specially designed and adapted to meet the needs of the new tenant.

The home features widened doors, celling hoists, wet room with closomat toilet and a hydraulic kitchen worktop.

In addition to the adaptations, the property boasts an EPC rating of A, with solar panels, air source heat pump, high efficiency insulation and high efficiency windows.

Sarah Schofield, Adra’s Director of Customers and Communities said:
