No. 10 Cardiff Hotel Sold for £2.15 million


Green Duck Hotels Limited, represented by Savills, has sold No. 10 Cardiff hotel to The Spires from a guide price of £2.15 million.

The 21 bedroom boutique hotel is located in the heart of Cardiff, backing on to Bute Park and being only half a mile from Cardiff Castle. The hotel also benefits from a restaurant with 30 covers, bar and a function suite.

James Greenslade, associate director in the hotels team at Savills, comments:

“No. 10 Cardiff has built up an excellent reputation as a quality boutique hotel with an excellent food and drink offering. We are pleased to have secured new owners for the property for the next chapter of its life.”
