New Promotions Drive Growth for Cardiff’s Lichfields

Cardiff planning and development consultancy Lichfields has announced senior appointments as it continues to develop and expand its regional and national operations.

Liz Evans and Owain Nedin have been promoted to the position of planning director and come as Lichfields, which is marking its 60th anniversary year in 2022 and currently employs 215 people working across nine regional offices, recently hit fee revenues of £22.6m and is aiming to pass the £25m milestone before the end of this year.

Recognising their ongoing contributions to the business, chief executive James Fennell said the promotions are extremely well deserved with all involved contributing significantly to Lichfields continued growth and success during challenging times.

He added: “We are very pleased to announce these promotions as we embark on our 60th anniversary year, celebrating the contribution of our staff and the tremendous work they do for our clients. I would like to congratulate everyone involved on their success and wish them all the best in their new roles.”

Founded in 1962, Lichfields offers a broad range of planning and development consultancy services including development management, consultation, economics, EIA, heritage, neighbourly matters and urban design. Its clients include developers, landowners and operators in the housing, retail, leisure, commercial, waste and recycling and infrastructure sectors; as well as local authorities and government bodies.
