“It was a pleasure to work with Gary Hortop and the team on another transaction and to navigate the deal with Rob Kinsman from Christie & Co. We were pleased to be able to draw down on our healthcare and social housing specialisms to achieve a positive result.”

Gary Hortop, director of care and support at Linc, said:

“I would like to thank the Clarke Willmott team for their support during the sale, which turned out to be a bit more complex than originally anticipated, their resilience, advice and support throughout the process was exceptional.”
