Market-leading expert supply partner, Middledale Foods, has welcomed Faye Barber to the business as Technical Manager.
Further strengthening the team, the role sees Barber responsible for leading technical standards and compliance across the business, bolstering customer and partner relationships, and driving continuous improvement to ensure food safety, product quality, and sustainable business growth. She will report directly into Managing Director, Sarah Summers.
Coinciding with Barber’s appointment and further underpinning the business’ technical team, former Quality Systems Manager, Gail Dickens, takes on the role of Compliance Manager, supported by Technical Assistant, Corina Mosneanu. Both will report into Barber.
The re-structure reflects Middledale Foods’ continued investment in its team as it looks to future UK and international growth.
With over 20 years’ experience in the food industry, most recently with Fairway GB and previously Park Cakes, Barber has extensive expertise working with manufacturing partners, ensuring compliance, and continuously improving quality management systems.
Her experience working alongside both customers and suppliers provides a strong fit with Middledale Foods as the business further develops its technical capability and partnership approach.
