Award-winning accounting business Mazuma has kicked off 2026 by appointing Becky Glover as its Chief Financial Officer, a new role for the business.

Becky joins the female-founded accounting business with experience built across biotech, software and insurance businesses. She has worked in fast-growing tech-driven organisations over the last decade, focusing on enabling growth by turning data into actionable insights.

Alongside her main roles, Becky sits on the board of AAT, is vice chair of the ACCA Financial Services sector panel and helped found Connexion Career Collective, a community supporting women working in male-dominated industries.

Lucy Cohen, Founder and CEO of Mazuma, said:

“I’ve had my eye on Becky for a long time, so I’m genuinely delighted she’s joining us. She brings serious financial firepower and understands exactly how to build financial control without killing momentum and ambition.

“That kind of attitude and knowledge make her a perfect fit for Mazuma. We move quickly, we question everything and we are proud to be disruptive. Becky is calm, pragmatic, smart and very much our kind of human. I can't wait to see how she helps take us forward.”

Outside of finance, Becky previously ran her own e-commerce wine business.

Becky said:

“Mazuma has a really clear sense of who it is and what it’s building. That’s rare and it’s exciting. The team moves fast, thinks differently and I can already tell everyone genuinely cares about doing things better for clients.

“I’m looking forward to helping Mazuma grow even further and making sure the numbers are working just as hard as the people.”
