LimestoneGrey Partners with Accountancy Firms to Boost Awareness of R&D Tax Credits

LimestoneGrey has created partnerships with a variety of local accountancy practises in order to raise awareness of research and development (R&D) tax credits.

These partnerships provide the opportunity for accountancy firms to offer this specialist area of tax credits without having the capability in house, allowing their client base to gain access to a lucrative non-core service. The link up allows accountancy firms to offer the full suite of tax consultancy, preventing their customers from potentially seeking advice from competitors.

Matthew Jones, Director at LimestoneGrey commented:

“It is great news that partnerships such as this are increasing as there is perfect synergy between the two service sets. Offering R&D tax credit services is a fantastic way to contribute to the growth and development of a pool of existing clients. We have had such positive feedback from the accountants. A Cardiff based practise has provided us with the following comment:

“We have been working with LimestoneGrey since they started. Their knowledge on R&D claims is exceptional and we have no hesitation in referring our clients to them.”

“Many businesses have worked with the same accountancy firm for many years, building a level of trust and respect. This is a great way to increase the awareness of R&D tax credits as companies may take note if it is being championed by their preferred accountant. With the average value of an SME claim standing just below £53,000 according to recent Government statistics, it shouldn’t be ignored.

“Our partnership model allows accountancy firms to earn commission on any successful referrals. This can be earned with no effort on their part, simply make the referral and we can take it from there.  It couldn’t be simpler.”
