Light Commercial Vehicle Specialist Invests in New Bridgend Office

Light commercial vehicle (LCV) specialists Select Van Leasing has secured a larger office for its Welsh hub which gives it space for growth.

The firm has a base at the Waterton Park industrial estate in Bridgend, as well as its HQ in Reading. Three new staff members joined the firm in Bridgend in 2025.

Sam Bryan, LCV and Re-Lease Manager at Select, said:

“The Select Van Leasing division continues to expand and broaden its scope, so we’re delighted to have moved our Wales-based team into a vibrant new office.

“While based in the same Waterton Park business complex in Bridgend as before, the new office is a significant upgrade and ensures there’s room for further growth, with the potential to add another 10 leasing consultants, as we look forward to 2026.

“We’ve had an amazing 2025 so far and we’ll go into next year with a real sense of excitement, having amassed a stronger team while also increasing the Select Van Leasing brand presence through an aggressive marketing campaign.

“With a strong recent uptake of electric vans acting as one of the key drivers, we’ll look to accelerate our growth volume even further over the next 12 months.”

Select Van Leasing has enjoyed a period of significant success since Bryan oversaw a revamp of the division in 2023, with sales having grown by a third in 2025 alone.

Mr Bryan adds:

“While there are still many customers who are perhaps best suited to traditionally fuelled vans and pick-ups, the new generation of eLCVs represent a fantastic opportunity for Select Van Leasing.

“We’re seeing highly attractive rates on lease vehicles like the Volkswagen eTransporter and VW ID. Buzz Cargo, while the Kia PV5 Cargo proves that businesses can enjoy both style and practicality at an affordable price point.

“We’ll continue to help firms meet their zero-emissions objectives in 2026.”
