Commercial property consultancy Legat Owen is welcoming a new placement student and celebrating the progression of young professionals within the business.
The company has welcomed Edward Capper for his placement year. Edward joins from Sheffield Hallam University, where he is studying for a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate. During his placement, he will gain practical experience across a wide range of commercial property disciplines, helping him build the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in the industry.
Edward takes over from Elliot Jones, who has completed a successful placement year with Legat Owen and will now return to Nottingham Trent University to complete the final year of his Real Estate degree.
The firm is also celebrating the continued progress of Seb Dean, who joined Legat Owen as a full-time employee following his own placement year. Seb is now working towards his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) qualification on his journey to becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
