Tramshed Tech’s award winning Startup Academy supported by Google for Startups runs three times a year – the next kick-starting 5th May 2022 with registration closing 25th April.
The free twelve-week programme starting Thursday 5th May is designed to support early-stage tech startups and entrepreneurs when it comes to starting and growing their business. The programme consists of sequential learning designed to accelerate growth over a 12-week period. Throughout the programme, the cohort gain an opportunity to tap into Tramshed Tech’s network of entrepreneurs, scaling businesses, strategic partners, mentors and investors.
As well as structured workshops, there are weekly peer-to-peer sessions and mentorship available. Week twelve results in ‘Demo Day’ which provides the cohort with an opportunity to pitch to a panel of experts and investors. Following Demo Day, Google for Startups will decide on the startups they would like to continue to support. Following the Academy, alumni can access an exclusive Tramshed Tech membership package to include discounted rates and ongoing business support.

At Google for Startups we believe that the next groundbreaking innovation can be built anywhere. We’ve been so impressed with the Welsh startup community for years now, and Tramshed Tech sits at the very heart of it. We’re thrilled to work with Tramshed Tech again and help discover the next big Welsh startup.

The Academy provides an opportunity for like-minded entrepreneurs to come together and grow. The Academy is designed to support and nurture startups through the key challenges and growing pains faced at the outset of your entrepreneurship journey. The positive feedback we have received in previous iterations of the Academy has spurred us on to develop and improve the programme and we are so excited to have the support of Google for Startups to expand and grow the programme.
