Joint Bidding Roadshow Launches in Cardiff to Help Suppliers Win Bigger Contracts

Business Wales is bringing its fully funded Joint Bidding Roadshow to Cardiff University this November and December, offering South Wales businesses the opportunity to explore how collaboration can unlock access to larger, higher-value contracts.

Designed to help local suppliers connect and compete more effectively, the sessions will demonstrate how joint bidding can support companies that struggle to secure bigger opportunities alone.

The roadshow will be held on:

  • 26th November 16:00 – 19:00 – Cardiff University
  • 2nd December 16:00 – 19:00 – Cardiff University

This hands-on programme will show how structured partnerships can unlock contracts that might be out of reach for single bidders. Through interactive workshops and networking sessions, attendees will learn how to combine skills and resources, and take practical steps to form joint bids that meet new procurement requirements, deliver greater social value, and unlock larger opportunities.

The events will include:

  • Practical guidance: Learn the eight-step proven successful joint bidding strategy from the experts.
  • Real-world case studies: Explore insights from previous successful collaborative projects.
  • Market insight: Discover current and upcoming contract opportunities that could take your business to the next level.
  • Networking that works: Meet likeminded local suppliers and potential partners.

Refreshments will be provided.

Spaces are free but limited. Register here:
