Johnsey Estates Welcomes Mrs Buckét to Mamhilad Park Estate

Johnsey Estates UK Limited has appointed leading commercial cleaning company Mrs Buckét to provide cleaning services at Mamhilad Park Estate.

The 140-acre business park has over 150 different occupiers spanning 180,000 sq. ft of office space and over one million sq. ft of industrial space. A Mrs Buckét team of five will be responsible for cleaning all of the main office buildings on the estate.

Swansea-based Mrs Buckét was founded by Rachael Flanagan, then just 18, in 2005, and has since grown to employ over 400 staff, with a turnover of £8.5 million.

James Crawford is Chief Executive of Johnsey Estates UK Limited. He said:

“Mrs Buckét is a renowned commercial cleaning company based in South Wales with a great reputation for delivering professional and reliable commercial cleaning services. I have no doubt that the team will play an important role in helping us to continue to offer a happy, healthy and attractive working environment for our occupiers and their staff.”

Rachael Flanagan, CEO and Founder of Mrs Buckét said:

“Torfaen has a vibrant business community with a bustling variety of manufacturing and engineering businesses plus a growing presence in the technology and fintech sectors. Mamhilad Park Estate is right at the heart of this mix with over 150 different businesses based on site. It’s an exciting opportunity for us to grow our presence in the region and we look forward to supporting the Johnsey team.”

Situated to the east of Pontypool, adjacent to the A4042 (T) dual carriageway, Mamhilad Park Estate links directly to Junctions 25A and 26 of the M4 motorway. Office space ranges from 180 square feet up to adaptable open plan suites at 4,250 square feet with flexible leases or longer-term arrangements if required. Industrial occupiers can access 3-phase electrical supply, via a direct connection to the National Grid. Units up to 72,000 sq. ft are currently available.
