For use across our website, columns and promotional graphics, we require high-quality professional headshots.
Images must clearly show the head, shoulders and upper torso, and fully in frame and not cropped. Photographs should be well-lit, sharply focused and present a professional appearance.
Image requirements:
File format: JPEG or PNG
Resolution: High resolution (minimum file size 1MB)
Clean, neutral background preferred
Good Quality Headshots and Framing
The examples below demonstrate the correct style and framing we require.
- Head, shoulders and upper torso clearly visible
- Shoulders fully in frame and not cropped
- A good balance of neck, shoulders and torso
- Clear focus, even lighting and professional presentation
Poor Quality Headshots and Framing
The examples below show images we cannot use.
- Shoulders or torso cropped or cut off
- Insufficient space around the shoulders and upper body
- Poor framing that limits use across our site and graphics
