A Cardiff restaurant brand is expanding to Penarth as its owners plan to grow it throughout the UK.
A&M Hospitality Group has been running Silures in Roath for two years. Now a second restaurant is set to open in July at Penarth's Holm House. The new venue will also include self-check-in rooms, and a private spa.
Daf Andrews, Co-founder of A&M Hospitality Group said:
“Penarth felt like the natural next step – a vibrant town with a strong sense of community and an appetite for quality hospitality. Holm House is a beautiful building, and the rooms, spa and garden offer something truly special. The private dining space and outdoor areas give us more flexibility to host everything from intimate dinners to events and celebrations, while staying true to the Silures experience.”
The restaurant continues the vision of A&M Hospitality Group – founded by Andrei Maxim and Daf Andrews – whose experience includes leading roles at some of London’s most prestigious venues including the Savoy Grill, Galvin Bar & Grill, and The Coral Room.
