High Court Enforcement Group Raises Money for Breast Cancer Now

The Commercial Services property team at High Court Enforcement Group has raised £100 in aid of breast cancer awareness month by wearing pink on the 18th of October.

The team is pictured in their pink outfits (apart from Martyn who was taking the picture!).

Breast Cancer Now is a charity providing information and support, as well as research, into breast cancer and is the charity the team selected to fundraise for.

The Commercial Services team is based in Swansea. The Group, the largest independent and privately-owned enforcement company in England and Wales have offices in Liverpool, Colwyn Bay, Swansea, London and Bradford. The offices in different locations mean they have local knowledge when it comes to commercial property and land and are well positioned to act on behalf of clients throughout the UK.

Unlike other enforcement agencies, all HCE Group enforcement agents are PAYE employees. This means that they have full oversight and management of cases from their offices throughout the UK and Wales.

This expertise has led to a flurry of business from both new and existing clients. This has included the eviction of squatters and travellers from several commercial properties. The specialist skills and planning required for these types of jobs mean that both the back-office team and the enforcement agents have been kept busy.

Another core function of the team is undertaking Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery (CRAR) on behalf of commercial landlords. Instructions have increased and the team has been working extremely hard to ensure that the clients they have been working for have received the money they have been owed.

HCE Group has a new Commercial Services brochure outlining all the Commercial team offers to their clients. If you have a question, query or commercial property headache, and you think they might be able to help, why not get in touch to find out about their property solutions.

The direct telephone number for the Commercial Services team is 01792 466771 (option 2).

The main contacts for the commercial team are:
