Heavenly Desserts Opens Its Doors with Council Support

Heavenly Desserts, the latest business to receive grant support from Conwy County Borough Council, has launched a new venue in the Victoria Shopping Centre on Mostyn Street.

The project has been supported by Conwy County Borough Council’s Commercial Property Development Grant, which is an initiative funded via the Welsh Government’s Transforming Towns fund.

The new venue is expected to increase footfall to the area and contribute positively to a thriving town centre, the council said.

Sarah Ecob, Head of Economy and Culture at Conwy County Borough Council, said:

“We’re delighted to welcome Heavenly Desserts to the area. This is a fantastic example of how targeted investment can support business growth, create local employment opportunities and enhance our town centres.”

Abdul Rehman, Company Director and Franchisee at Heavenly Desserts, said:

“With Llandudno’s scenic beauty, we look forward to turning good vibes into heavenly moments with exceptionally well-crafted food and a chic atmosphere. We’re extremely grateful for the support we’ve received from Conwy County Borough Council – the project wouldn’t have gone ahead without it. We look forward to welcoming everyone to enjoy sweet and savoury moments with us.”

The Transforming Towns Commercial Property Development Grant and Town Centre Grant are now open for new applications for 2026/27. Email regen@conwy.gov.uk for further information.
