Final Few Days to Nominate for Bro Radio’s Community Awards 2026


Bro Radio is urging residents across the Vale of Glamorgan to submit their nominations as the countdown begins for the 2026 Community Awards, with just days left before entries close on Friday, 17th April 2026.

The awards, supported this year by new headline sponsor Victoria Park Mazda, shine a spotlight on the people, groups and businesses making an outstanding contribution to life in the Vale.

The awards feature an expanded list of categories for 2026, with thirteen categories covering the third sector, sport, business, community groups, teaching, culture, volunteering and more.

Nominations can be made at www.broradio.fm/awards, and organisers are encouraging the public to act quickly to ensure their local heroes are recognised.

The 2026 Community Awards take place on Friday, 5th June 2026 at Barry’s Memo Arts Centre, featuring a pre‑awards networking reception sponsored by United World Logistics, followed by the black‑tie ceremony where this year’s winners will be announced.
