A new film aims to highlight diversity and inclusion work across sectors in Wales.
Mastering Diversity is a documentary filmed and directed by Georgios Dimitropoulos, Head of Swansea University’s Media Suite, and produced by Bernie Davies, founder of the Mastering Diversity Taskforce.
The film is a follow-up to the inaugural Mastering Diversity Conference Wales 2023, held at Cardiff’s City Hall. It includes a series of interviews, conference highlights and discussions.

“The film explores the socio-economic and cultural biases that influence our societies and presents the emotional and practical consequences of embracing diversity.”
The film will be officially launched at the second annual Mastering Diversity Conference Wales on September 16th.

“This feature-length documentary has diverse voices and real stories. It adopts a multi-disciplinary approach to interrogating how we pursue achieving deliberate diversity in Wales.
“Starting with conversations at the Mastering Diversity Conference 2023 as well as focusing on organisations in the public and private sector, community groups, individuals in high offices and in everyday offices of life, this documentary tackles hard topics. It leaves no stone unturned.”
