Difficult conversations are hard enough when they happen face-to-face, but when you lose the physical and emotional communication cues of ‘in-person’ meetings the challenge becomes very real.

This interactive session focuses on strategies and techniques to deliver difficult messages with support and understanding. All attendees will receive a Line Manager’s guide on Having Difficult Conversations in a Remote World.
