This strategic move enhances MGY's existing market position, footprint and service capabilities as an independent estate agent and chartered surveyor across Cardiff, RCT, Penarth, and the Vale of Glamorgan.
Founded in 1987, MGY has established itself as one of Cardiff’s leading independent estate agents and works across residential sales and lettings, commercial, land and new homes. Established in 1999, Seabreeze Homes, an independent multi-award-winning estate agency has also worked hard to become a trusted estate agent in Penarth and The Vale Of Glamorgan.
