Oasis Software Solutions (OSS) has officially joined the DPS Group (part of RSE).
The Monmouth-based firm said it marked a significant milestone as they continue to strengthen their position as a leader in Automation and Process Control.
With their extensive experience in the water industry, a strong Distributed Control System (DCS) background and a track record of delivering high-quality automation solutions, OSS brings with them a wealth of knowledge and technical excellence. As Siemens Solution partners for PCS 7 and Industrial-Strength Networking, OSS perfectly complement DPS Group’s extensive partnerships with Siemens, Rockwell, and Schneider Electric, the firm said.
By joining DPS Group, OSS gains access to the comprehensive turnkey capabilities offered by DPS, including electrical design, instrumentation, control panel build, software development, installation, commissioning, and lifecycle support.
By leveraging DPS Group’s turnkey solutions, and OSS’s operations in Monmouth, this partnership significantly extends DPS Group’s reach across the UK.
This partnership will enable businesses in industries such as water, food and beverage, manufacturing, and chemical processing to modernise their systems with confidence and efficiency, the firm said.
Martin Brownlee, Managing Director, DPS Group, said:
“We’re delighted to welcome OSS to the DPS Group. Their expertise in DCS and in particular Siemens PCS 7 perfectly complements our existing strengths in automation and process control. This partnership is a natural fit and allows us to offer our clients a broader range of advanced solutions. Together, we’ll be able to deliver faster, smarter, and more secure upgrades, driving operational excellence for our customers across multiple industries.”
Neil MacDonald, Managing Director, OSS, added:
“This investment by DPS will help OSS achieve our growth aims by providing access to a broader range of industries than was previously possible. OSS in turn, with our strong DCS background, expertise in the Water Industry and geographical location, will help strengthen DPS’s capability within the wider RSE Group.

Stephen Slessor, Chief Executive Officer, RSE, added:
“This investment aligns perfectly with RSE's strategy to advance our technology offering, strengthening our ability to deliver innovative, future-focused solutions while broadening our reach across the UK. I’m excited to collaborate with both the DPS and OSS teams to drive continued growth.”
