Lovell Homes is encouraging Pembrokeshire property seekers who work in the public sector to take advantage of its key worker scheme, available at its Augustus Grange development in Haverfordwest.
Augustus Grange, located off St David’s Road, is a mixed tenure development being delivered with Pobl Group and providing a total of 115 two and three-bedroom homes, just six miles from the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
The key worker scheme aims to benefit property seekers looking to take their first step on or move up the property ladder and is available on Lovell Homes’ three-bedroom Lambourne and Lansdown style properties.
The scheme offers eligible individuals a discount of £500 for every £25,000 spent on a new Lovell home. The saving can be used towards a deposit to help reduce buyers’ mortgage borrowing, go towards moving costs or furnishing their new home.
Lovell Homes’ key worker scheme is available to those working in the NHS, police force, education, fire service, armed forces, probation service, prison service and local authorities.
Suzie Hewitt, regional sales director at Lovell Homes, said:
“We are pleased to continue offering our bespoke key worker scheme on our stunning Lambourne and Lansdown style homes at Augustus Grange. The scheme has been popular with local buyers, particularly due to the development’s close proximity to Withybush Hospital and other essential services.
“We’re committed to supporting the communities around our developments, and we recognise the vital role that key workers play in keeping those communities running. I’d encourage anyone interested to speak with our sales team to find out how the scheme could be tailored to help them.”
Augustus Grange is being delivered by Lovell in partnership with Pobl, and will provide a total of 115 homes. 36 of the homes are available for open market sale and 79 are affordable homes, with 37 available to purchase through Shared Ownership and 42 for affordable rent.
