David Spear Commercials has appointed Richard Edwards as Sales & Advertising Executive.
Richard joins the business with over a decade of experience in sales, customer service, and B2B business development, primarily within the golf and travel industries.
Richard began his career at Wales Golf Holiday, the largest golf tour operator in Wales, where he spent 13 years managing bespoke golf travel packages for domestic and international clients.
In April 2024, he joined Great Days Golf — one of David Spear Commercials’ sponsorship partners — where his efforts helped the company secure seven World Golf Awards for Best Inbound Tour Operator, recognising excellence in customer experience and service delivery.
In his new role, Richard will support commercial vehicle sales across both new and used stock, lead on vehicle advertising and digital listings, and work closely with the sales team to meet performance targets across unit sales, finance, and warranty products.

Richard’s appointment follows the company’s transition to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) in July 2025.
