Commercial law firm Darwin Gray has announced a number of new appointments and senior promotions, as part of the firm’s continued growth.
The new appointments include Geraint Williams, who joins the firm as an Associate in the property team, based in the firm’s Bangor office. Leanne Nixon also joins the firm as an Associate in the property team’s Cardiff office. Lloyd Pike and Georgina Rees have both joined as Solicitors in the Litigation and Corporate and Commercial teams respectively. These new appointments are integral to the firm’s ambitious growth plans.
As well as welcoming four new members, in a move reflective of the firm’s commitment to rewarding internal talent, Darwin Gray has also promoted 6 members of staff across all of its departments.
Two of the firm’s Senior Associates, Rachel Ford-Evans and Patrick Murphy, have been promoted to Partners, bringing the firm’s total number of Partners to eleven.
Having joined Darwin Gray as a trainee in 2014, Rachel is an integral part of the employment law team. Patrick joined the firm in 2016 and is an expert in commercial disputes, and in contested wills and probate.
Alongside the partnership promotions, Associates Elin Davies and Emily Shingler have been promoted to Senior Associates in the property and corporate and commercial teams. Employment solicitor Nicole Brendel has been promoted to Associate, with Accounts Assistant Cindy Thomas taking on the new title of Senior Accounts Administrator.
