Welsh Fire has announced that Castore, the premium British sportswear brand, has been appointed as the team’s Official Technical Kit and Ecommerce Partner for the 2026 season and beyond in a major new long-term deal.
Castore will supply playing kits, training apparel and travel wear for both the men’s and women’s Welsh Fire teams competing in The Hundred. The multi-year partnership includes support in producing high-performance clothing engineered for elite athletes. Castore will also create merchandise for Welsh Fire fans.
As part of the deal, Castore will also run the shop on welshfire.com and provide a range of replica kits and supporter wear for fans to purchase, bringing Welsh Fire’s colours and identity to supporters across Wales and beyond.
Dan Cherry, CEO of Welsh Fire, said:
“As the first Official Partner for Welsh Fire under our new ownership structure, Castore’s long-term commitment is a significant step for the franchise. Welsh Fire is delighted to join their impressive roster, both within cricket and wider sport, and is excited to align with one of Britain’s fastest-growing performance brands.
“From our talented 2026 signings and the new players to come in the auctions on 11th and 12th March, we’re genuinely thrilled at what’s being built and can’t wait for Welsh Fire fans to see our players run out in Castore’s excellent new kit at Sophia Gardens this July.”
Tom Beahon, Co-CEO and Founder of Castore, said:
“We’re hugely proud to be partnering with Welsh Fire, a team driven by ambition and momentum. This partnership reflects our shared commitment to high performance and progress and marks an exciting step forward as we continue to strengthen our presence in elite cricket.
“At Castore, we’re focused on blending innovation with the heritage that makes the sport so special. Our aim is to deliver a kit engineered for elite performance and designed with supporters firmly in mind, reflecting the identity and ambition that define Welsh Fire.”
The official Welsh Fire kit launch is planned for spring 2026 ahead of the next season of The Hundred.
