Pure Property Finance, an expert property finance company based in Cardiff, was named the fastest-growing property finance broker by the 2026 UK Fast Growth Index. It also sits among the 50 fastest-growing Welsh businesses overall, placing 46th.
The firm also ranks among the fastest-growing businesses in Wales overall in the 2026 UK Fast Growth Index, having grown 85% in just two years.
The accolades follow 85% turnover growth between 2023 and 2025.
As of October 2026, Pure Property Finance has surpassed a new milestone, reaching £1.8 billion in total lending. The business has completed over 840 deals so far this year and is forecast to reach £2 billion in total lending by this time next year.
Growth has come from investors, landlords, and developers needing fast funding and support with complex projects. Recent deals include supporting a property developer with finance to build 12 new houses, a £3m bridging loan against a listed building, a second charge loan completed within 48 hours for debt consolidation purposes, and a £12m refinance of debt for a business.
Professor Dylan Jones-Evans OBE, founder of the UK Fast Growth Index, said:
“Pure Property Finance is a great example of the extraordinary talent and ambition we see in businesses across every part of the UK. Earning a place on this year’s Index, alongside firms that have together more than doubled in size in just two years, is a remarkable achievement, and the whole team should be very proud.”
Tom Rowlands, Managing Director at Pure Property Finance, says:
“Being named the UK’s fastest-growing property broker from our home in Cardiff says something about market demand. In these years, we’ve seen investors, homeowners, and developers needing a quick answer and someone to structure a deal properly at pace.
“Hitting our £1.8 billion milestone is an incredible recent accomplishment. We’re aiming to pass £2 billion next year, doing it the same way we’ve grown to date. We’re a small, experienced team with access to lenders and a reputation for getting difficult deals over the line.
The 2026 Index was announced before the Autumn Budget, a Budget that confirmed a 2% rise in property income tax from April 2027 and a 2.5% deposit scheme for first-time buyers.
Tom added:
“For our customers like landlords and developers, this Budget makes the cost of capital and the speed of a deal now matter even more. We’re seeing more enquiries about refinancing and restructuring ahead of April 2027, and I’d expect that to continue.”
