Cardiff Business Club is delighted to welcome CBRE, the world’s leading provider of integrated facilities and real estate management solutions, as a new corporate member for the 2025/26 season.

The addition of CBRE to the Club’s growing list of high-profile corporate partners reflects both the company’s deep-rooted presence in Wales and its commitment to connecting with business leaders across the region.

With a global reputation for excellence, CBRE operates at the intersection of property, infrastructure and innovation. A Fortune 500 and S&P 500 company headquartered in Dallas, CBRE employs more than 130,000 professionals worldwide (including those through Turner & Townsend), delivering services across over 100 countries.

In Wales, the business supports a wide portfolio of commercial properties and iconic venues, such as The Wales Millennium Centre and Senedd Cymru/ Welsh Parliament, delivering best-in-class facilities management, property strategy, and technical solutions.

The company’s suite of services includes facilities, transaction and project management; property and investment management; leasing, valuations, strategic consulting, sales and development services, providing end-to-end solutions across every dimension of real estate.

As a corporate member of Cardiff Business Club, CBRE will have a seat at the table among the capital’s most influential civic and business leaders, participating in high-level events, speaker sessions and strategic networking opportunities throughout the season.

Phil Jardine, Chair of Cardiff Business Club, said:

“We are thrilled to welcome CBRE as a corporate member of Cardiff Business Club. Their reputation, scale and influence, both globally and here in Wales, make them a strong addition to our growing network. As the Club continues to evolve and attract a wider spectrum of members and sponsors, CBRE’s involvement reflects the kind of forward-thinking, solutions-driven organisations we are proud to work with. We look forward to building a strong and lasting partnership over the season ahead.”

Gareth Butler, Business Unit Director at CBRE, said:

“We’re delighted to be joining Cardiff Business Club for the 2025/26 season. CBRE is proud to play a role in shaping and supporting the built environment across Wales, and this partnership provides a fantastic platform to engage with peers, share knowledge and be part of a wider business conversation in the capital. We look forward to collaborating with the Club and its members throughout the year.”
