Building Work Enters Final Stage at a Housing Development in Newport

Construction work at a new housing development is nearing completion as a new community of residents continues to form in Rogerstone.

Bellway Wales is putting the finishing touches to the final homes at Sovereign Chase, off Tregwilym Road, a scheme of 92 new properties.

All homes at the development have now been sold and building work is set to be officially completed in July.

Billie Oaten, Sales Director for Bellway Wales, said:

“We’re ever so pleased to announce that the build programme at Sovereign Chase is entering its final stages in Rogerstone.

“It has been such a wonderful experience watching the vibrant new community form, as all our residents have been settling into their new homes.

“We’re very pleased to have helped meet the demand for new homes in the Newport area, all while making significant contributions to local amenities.

“Sovereign Chase offered a very appealing selection of homes, and we are thrilled to have had all the plots reserved at this fantastic development.

“We are now looking forward to welcoming our final residents to the development later this summer.”
