The Welsh Estate Agency Awards has announced that applications for the inaugural awards are now open.
The Welsh Estate Agency Awards have been created to shine a light on the work that the Welsh estate agency sector does for the Welsh economy.
The awards are being held Thursday 15th May at the Hilton Hotel in Cardiff. Sara Edwards is set to host this year’s black tie ceremony.
The categories are:
- Residential Estate Agency of the Year
- Commercial Estate Agency of the Year
- Agricultural Estate Agency of the Year
- Residential Lettings Agency of the Year
- Commercial Lettings Agency of the Year
- Mortgage Broker/Introducer of the Year
- Estate Agent of the Year
- Young Estate Agent of the Year
- Small Practice of the Year
- Multiple/Chain of the Year
- Social Media/PR Campaign of the Year
- Employer of the Year
- Green Business of the Year
- Surveyor of the Year
- Welsh Estate Agency Champion 2025 (Drawn from the winners above)
Founder of the Welsh Estate Agency Awards Wesley Skene said:
“Welsh estate agents and the property industry in general contribute enormously to Welsh GDP. They’re also a key barometer of the health of the Welsh economy. These awards look to recognise the phenomenal work this industry does for Wales.”
