A one-day conference that brings together agricultural show representatives from across Wales to discuss key industry developments and share best practices will be hosted by the Royal Welsh Agricultural Society (RWAS) next month.
The Association of Show and Agricultural Organisations (ASAO) Wales Conference will be held in the Montgomery Pavilion on the Royal Welsh Showground, Llanelwedd on April 24.
Areas covered will be the importance of sponsorship, discussions on current marketing insights and recommendations, the latest updates from Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) Wales and EID Cymru.
The Agricultural Show Conference of Wales is an opportunity for ASAO members to meet face-to-face and talk about their upcoming agricultural shows.
Speakers include Aled Rhys Jones, RWAS chief executive, Mared Rand Jones, Wales YFC chief executive, Delme Harris, Pembrokeshire County Show, Jenna Payne, ASAO chief executive, Shan Evans, EID Cymru, Vicky Spencer-Francis, Cowshed Communications founder and chief executive, Lois Morris, RWAS sponsorship officer and Martin Lynos, HSBC.
Open forum and discussions will be chaired by Geraint James, RWAS.
