Fentrade has won the New Company of the Year at the National Fenestration Awards after picking up an impressive 95% of the votes.

Chris Reeks, Director of Fentrade said:

“We are delighted to have won this award by such an impressive margin.   This award reflects the ongoing efforts of the team at Fentrade and rounds off an amazingly successful first year of trading for the business.  We are all thrilled.”

As Chris rightly points out, the award completes a busy and successful twelve months for the Newport-based aluminium trade supplier. Established in 2018, Fentrade manufactures a complete range of domestic and commercial aluminium products including shopfront and low-level curtain walling. The business has partnered with leading industry names including ALuk and VBH to ensure they offer quality and reliable products to their growing customer base.

Chris said:

“When we set up Fentrade, our mission was to develop a trade fabrication business that offers the best in product quality and service support.  We have continued to invest throughout the business including additional personnel, new manufacturing machinery and delivery vehicles to help support our continued business growth.  And we’ve underscored our commitment to the aluminium industry by being granted membership of the Council for Aluminium in Building (CAB), the largest UK aluminium trade association too.”

Fentrade offers customers a structured and reliable delivery schedule covering West Wales, South East and South West of England and throughout the Midlands, with shopfronts for example delivered from 15 working days.

Chris concludes:

“The past twelve months has been an exciting journey for the business and we continue to go from strength to strength. To win an award at the end of our first trading year is a reflection of what we have achieved so far and with new products being launched in 2020, we have no intention of standing still. I would like to personally thank all our customers and supply-partners who took the time to vote for us.”
