Acuity Law Strengthens Corporate Healthcare Team with Appointment of Holly Goacher

New Corporate Healthcare Partner at Acuity Law, Holly Goacher

Cardiff-headquartered Acuity Law has strengthened its Corporate Healthcare team with the appointment of Holly Goacher as Partner.

This addition further enhances the firm’s ability to deliver commercially focused legal advice to healthcare clients. It will provide strategic solutions to those involved in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and business growth within the community pharmacy market.

Holly brings over a decade of experience advising within the community pharmacy sector, supporting clients at every stage of their business journey, from first-time buyers entering ownership, to established operators growing their portfolios, through to successful exits and retirement.

Working alongside Senior Partner, Jon Lawley, Holly will play a key role in further developing the firm’s Corporate Healthcare offering.

In her time working in the community pharmacy sector, Holly has developed close, trusted relationships with operators, agents, funders and other advisers. She pairs this with a practical, hands-on approach that helps keep deals on track and running smoothly.

Holly said:

“The pharmacy sector continues to see an active market, despite continuing operational challenges. I’m excited to join a firm that shares my focus on being a real partner to operators using sector specific expertise, building strong relationships and delivering practical, commercially grounded advice.”

Jon Lawley, Senior Partner at Acuity Law, added:

“Holly’s appointment is a significant step for our Corporate Healthcare team. Her deep sector knowledge, technical strength and ability to bring people together on complex transactions make her an outstanding addition. We are focused on providing solutions that truly support our clients’ businesses, and Holly’s approach aligns perfectly with how we work.”
