ACT Training is recruiting a Business Insights Analyst to join its Strategy & Planning team in Cardiff.
The role will focus on turning complex organisational data into meaningful, decision-ready insight, helping to inform strategic planning, performance and continuous improvement across Wales’ largest training provider.
The successful candidate will lead business insight and performance intelligence activity, using tools including Power BI, data visualisation and potentially AI-enabled analytical techniques to identify trends, relationships and emerging opportunities.

- £40,596, rising to £44,163 per annum
- Flexible and hybrid working where applicable

ACT is looking for candidates with strong analytical and statistical skills, experience working with complex datasets and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
