Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has been instructed to market the Delta Hotels by Marriott Swansea.
Located in Swansea’s Maritime Quarter, Delta Hotels by Marriott Swansea is a 121-bedroom hotel with a restaurant, bar and café, a leisure club, and extensive meeting and function facilities.
The hotel has undergone significant investment completed in 2023 and has operated under a new franchise agreement since May 2025 having previously been managed by Marriott.
