JNP Legal, a law firm in South Wales, has announced a series of promotions.

Rachael McCarthy-Jones and Kate Morey have been promoted to Partner, marking a significant milestone in their careers and recognising their outstanding contributions to the firm and its clients. Both Rachael and Kate were promoted to Senior Associate Solicitor earlier this year in October 2024, demonstrating their rapid progression and consistent excellence.

In addition, Katie Beynon, Lewys Dymond, and Laurie Taylor have all been promoted to Senior Associate Solicitor. These promotions highlight their professional achievements, commitment to client service, and the leadership qualities they bring to their respective practice areas.

Finally, Dylan Thomas has been promoted to Associate Solicitor, a testament to his hard work, skill, and dedication to supporting clients and contributing to the firm’s growth, it said.

Tony Williams, Managing Director of JNP Legal, said:

“At JNP Legal, nurturing and advancing talent from within remains at the heart of our approach. As our firm continues its rapid growth, we are dedicated to structuring our teams in a way that supports both the business and the professional development of our people. Each of our solicitors benefits from tailored career growth plans that recognise their individual strengths and potential.

“These six promotions are a testament to the dedication, skill, and leadership each of these professionals brings to our clients and to the firm. We are proud to celebrate their achievements and look forward to their ongoing contributions as they help shape the future of JNP Legal.”
