PureGym, the UK’s largest gym operator, has announced the opening of a new gym in Llanelli later this month.
Located at Swanfield Place, the 10,000 sq. ft gym will create around nine new jobs.
The firm offers a Personal Training Academy, equipping candidates to become certified PTs in 14 weeks with a guaranteed role on completion, subject to interview. The programme also provides ongoing business support and opportunities for career progression into management roles.
As part of its TrainSafe commitment, PureGym has installed automated external defibrillators (AEDs) in all gyms. AEDs can be lifesaving in critical situations and are considered as essential as any other piece of gym equipment.
A spokesperson for PureGym said:
“There is a huge appetite for PureGym’s flexible, affordable fitness offering in South Wales, and we are thrilled to be opening a brand-new gym in Llanelli. With our low-cost, no-contract memberships, members will enjoy 24/7 access to top-quality equipment and a variety of dynamic classes, helping them to make the most of every workout and enhance their overall wellbeing.”
