Mentera has announced the appointment of Lois Wynne as its new Junior Board Member.
Lois, who is from Corwen, joins the board after a competitive recruitment process, bringing a wealth of strategic and commercial expertise from her seven years at global manufacturing giant Ifor Williams Trailers.
Lois' appointment is a significant step in Mentera's commitment to nurturing the next generation of business leaders in Wales. In her new role, she will offer a fresh perspective and contribute to the company's core mission of helping Welsh businesses and communities thrive, both locally and on a global stage.
During her time at Ifor Williams Trailers, Lois has held various roles, including Change Management and, most recently, Account and Sales Manager. She was an integral part of the team that adapted to post-Brexit and pandemic-related challenges, gaining wide-ranging experience across all aspects of global manufacturing.
