
Following his popular debut last year, chef Cyrus Todiwala OBE, DL, is set to return to this year’s Newport Food Festival.
On Saturday 11 October audiences can once again look forward to a live demonstration of one of his signature dishes, showcasing his culinary flare and passion.
Cyrus is an Indian chef proprietor of Café Spice Namasté, which has won Michelin awards for 23 consecutive years. In 2012 Cyrus was also honoured to cook the Diamond Jubilee Luncheon for the late Queen, Elizabeth II.
With his friend and fellow chef, Tony Singh, Cyrus hosted the BBC show The Incredible Spicemen and a TV series on the Discovery Channel called The Galleons of Spice.
